Springfield Masonic Community has an opportunity in our Assisted Living for a Resident Assistant. This position is full time 7a-3p.
SUMMARY: To provide for the physical and emotional well being of Springfield Masonic Community residents and to document same in accordance with Ohio state law and nursing home and residential care standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Observes and records resident condition information.

Communicates with residents and other staff
-
Maintains resident room
-
Maintains safe resident room environment
-
Maintains proper infection control technique
-
Assists with meal set up and or meal programs.

Complies with all aspects of Resident Rights
-
Attends in-services and meetings as required
-
Assist resident’s with Activities of Daily Living
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school education preferred; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
