Mission Statement

The Springfield Masonic Community is committed to providing quality adult retirement living, community-based services and healthcare in a dignified, supportive living environment with concern and compassion for all based on Masonic principles, values and tradition.

The Community will foster an environment which respects and encourages the individuality of its residents, while fostering a full and meaningful lifestyle for its residents, in all aspects of their lives, through the management of its human and other available resources. More specifically, we are committed to:

  1. Providing and maintaining a Home or otherwise provide for the care and support of aged, infirm, and distressed Master Masons, their wives, widows, children and orphans under the auspices and control of the Masonic Grand Bodies of Ohio.
  2. Further demonstrate the traditional values and charity of Masonry by maintaining and operating a Home which may provide care to other aged, infirm individuals within the State of Ohio.
  3. Providing continuing care retirement services, housing, health care, adult day care, respite care, home health care and related services to aged, infirm individuals within the State of Ohio.

Vision Statement

Our Vision is to become the premiere health care provider in Ohio offering sub-acute, skilled, intermediate, Specialized Alzheimer's Care, Intermediate Residential Care and home care services by the end of the millennium. In so doing, we will strive to maintain our commitment to quality, while growing and aligning our services to be responsive to the radical changes affecting health care delivery services and systems without compromising our dedicated service of benevolence to our brethren or anyone in need.
